Artificial intelligence technologies are already like a multimeter in the hands of a multimodal field engineer, but this tool is not for a novice engineer or technician; it has a negative effect on them, relaxes them, and does not develop them.

At my work I’m using our internal AI for asking support question instead of making a normal support tracker.

It then generate its reply based on the documented knowledge.

Its almost like chatting with a more experience engineer.

But of course its not perfect and therefore I still call colleagues and make support trackers when needed
