The Medical, pharmaceuticals, life science, bioscience sectors would appear to be a place where AI can make a huge impact. Is AI impacting your work yet? In what ways?

Oh Yes! AI is moving quickly in the healthcare space. Ambient dictation systems are everywhere now and our providers are lining up to have access. We are also seeing lots of new medical equipment that has an AI component built right in……i.e. GE EKGs now have an AI component that can provide a baseline EKG report before a provider has even read the study. Makes the work day very interesting!

Absolutely..
At my work I’m using our internal AI for asking support question instead of making a normal support tracker.
It then generate its reply based on the documented knowledge.
Its almost like chatting with a more experience engineer.
But of course its not perfect and therefore I still call colleagues and make support trackers when needed
