Membership Plans

Our Free ‘Supporter Membership’ gives almost full access to the site. You can join in most of the community’s networking Groups and make unlimited connections in the community.

We have numerous community networking groups, some of them have specific paid membership requirements, or have specific membership rules, but generally most our networking groups are open to all members.

You can add your voice to community conversations, publish your own stories, ideas, and news, and contribute in our networking groups.

With our FREE Supporter Membership you can have unlimited connections, and really get involved in our community.

You can upgrade from Supporter Membership by purchasing our Professional Membership or Enterprise Membership Plan.

Professional Members can join Premium Private Groups like our Field Service Leaders Private Networking Group. (Subject to meeting the Group membership criteria).

Professional and Enterprise Page Members can also access the Community Calendar and host events within the community.

The Field Engineer offers new Members a selection of Membership Plans.

Supporter, Professional, and Enterprise Page Memberships give members the ability to truly participate in the community, to author posts, join networking groups and share their ideas with other members.

Paid Membership Plans are available on an annual or monthly basis.

We offer two payment services Stripe and Direct Debits using GoCardless.

Please note all prices given exclude VAT and local taxes that you may be required to pay.

You can purchase Premium and Enterprise Page Memberships on a monthly or annual subscription by using the Stripe Buy buttons below.

After you have paid, please use the register link and we will upgrade your FREE Supporter Membership Account to the Subscription level Professional or Enterprise, that you have purchased.

‘Legacy Members’ who have their own business can convert their membership to Enterprise Page Membership by purchasing the relevant Enterprise Membership.

To make payments more convenient, we request customers set up a Direct Debit with us, so that we can securely collect payments on agreed due dates.

Are you restricted on using payment services?

As a Global community open to engineers who work in the field across the whole world, some of our members are unable to use Payment services like Stripe and Go Cardless.

If neither Stripe nor GoCardless offer a service to your location, please send us a message and we can arrange an alternative payment method for you.
