Ideas for incentive programme for field team?

    Anything tied to a metric that is based on growth, and not based on the already great work people do, can do more harm than good if implemented wrong.

    Ex: Submit 12 leads this quarter and get X Prize.
    Submit 12 leads this quarter or you get an 80% of bonus.
    You’ve consistently submitted /quality/ leads each quarter, even though they vary quite a bit. Here’s X for keeping up the good work.
