What advice would you give to a student who is soon going to be looking for a job in Ghana?
What can they do to prepare?

A student should take more internship roles and learn on the technicalities of the field. This builds up their experience and would expose them to the corporate world and improve their employability.

This is a very important factor to consider as a student who wants to secure a job in Ghana. It is worth noting that, a lot of qualified students compete for limited job opportunities after school. It is a competitive strife. I believe as a novice from school, your attitude towards work counts more than anything. We learn on the job everyday, you just need to have the right attitude of teachability. From here, you can then be entrusted responsibility and you build on your integrity from there.

Above all, I would advise students to be innovative in their various fields. Where you believe you can build your own brand and do something on your own, go for it and be your own boss.
