Ideas for incentive programme for field team?
We’ve been approached by an HR Director of a major medical devices company who is looking to implement an incentive program for their field team. The goal is something more than reward/recognition and perhaps something like a monetary reward for maintaining a specific uptime for their site. What examples/ideas does anyone have?

monetary award in any form should be given every quarter of year.

Monetary rewards is not always the solution, “Monetary rewards Melody to the FSE/FST ears, cavity for the revenue”. Recognition of the efforts to reach certain goal is key plus compensate those who achieve with the necessary tools is the incentive.

The programme has not been changed much, as I understand it. It is an ongoing question for the company.
