Everyone needs a coach sometimes and so we are now offering a service to members – Coach on Call.
If you have a particular issue or question to resolve, and would like to speak to someone, then complete the form below, and one of our coaches will contact you and set up a 15-minute call.

A field engineer with two job offers and not sure which one to choose.Â
An engineer who has moved to a new country and is now needing some tips and advice.
A marine engineer unsure of which direction to take her career.
A service engineer struggling with fitting into a team.
An engineer wanting to check that his CV was reading well for applying for team leader roles.
A student wanting to know what to do in readiness for hitting the job market.
An engineer with a job offer who needs advice on how to negotiate a good package.
A global field service team leader who has one member of the team not engaging with the rest of the team.
Members Only
The Coach on Call service is only available to Community Members. If you have a friend you think could benefit from this service who is not a member, please ask them to join the Community.
If you are job hunting or hiring you can post your CV, resume, or Job Vacancy on The Field Engineer Job Board, as well as requesting Coach on Call support.
Mentorship
For some time now we have been running a mentoring programme within The Field Engineer. The feedback has been equally positive from both the mentors and the mentees. Coach on Call is a separate initiative to the mentoring programme.
If you have more than one question or your question is complicated, perhaps you need a mentor. A mentor can cover topics like these:
Career life realities and differences;
Career advancement planning and options;
Personal development.

None of the coaches can offer legal or financial advice. The call is limited to 15 minutes initially.
