I’m curious of the views in the community of the LinkedIn green “Open to Work” banner. There is plenty of discourse and discussion on LinkedIn on the topic. I’ve had mine on since I’ve been on the job market (for over a year). I’ve decided to take down the green banner I doubt it will make any difference but thought I’d see if anything changed.

I was made redundant in December. I made a post in LinkeIn and had approx 3600 viewings yet on it and several companies approached me direct. So I think it is working in conjunction with a post only.
