I agree with you.

If a retaining clip comes off then this is a design/manufacturing issue.

So I think Samsung should be concerned about it, and proactive in asking for more information.

We are currently pursuing this through the retailer we bought it from.

If it’s on warranty, just contact any Samsung Authorised Service provider. If something come off that’s not supposed to come off, it’s a great possibility that is a project error, this type of thing has to be in warranty.
