We are looking to hire Field Integration Tecs. with 5 plus years of experience working on different OEM hardware. Must be able to travel to the sites to integrate new carriers, install HW and troubleshoot post-integration issues.

Job description:
- Perform field tech activities at ground or rooftop level (no tower climbing required).
- Perform IXR-E installation and migration.
- Integrate Nokia Baseband (AMIA, ASIL, ABIL, ABIA, ABIO, etc.), troubleshoot, and resolve any alarms/configuration issues faced during integration
- Perform clean installations of HW, quality checks, troubleshooting, and post-work repair
- Site backup and configuration support with remote supervision and scripting.
- Equipment may include both base station hardware as well as power and data connectivity systems
- Will perform the RF color coding and labeling.
- Provide feedback from the field to help Switch Engineers expedite troubleshooting and optimization.
- Documentation and Close Out Reporting.
- Work with warehousing for inventory check out and control.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years of confirmed experience in Nokia Integration on TMO Operator, including 5G, 4G, 2G, and IXR.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50% and up to 100% and work remotely with minimum guidance, daily assignments, independently.
- Technical – must demonstrate a broad understanding of each item.
